Dinners in Israel are an incredible experience where we gather to enjoy a feast of various foods and flavors. We start with “opening the table” as we call it, where we fill the table with a large assortment of appetizers so everyone can create their own perfect bites.
As your chef, I want to inspire you to have fun with your food. Get creative building your personal combinations of flavors to complement or contrast with each other! It is my hope for you to savor and enjoy this unique culinary experience of authentic Israeli hospitality and abundance that I share with you.

In Israel, the entrée is the heart of the meal born of many memories of different people and places from around the world. Inspired by the beautiful diversity of foods, both from Israel and here on Maui, I look forward to cooking and sharing these special dishes with you. I put a lot of love and patience in everything I create and everything I cook. Since some of these dishes take 8 hours of cooking and some dishes take 2 days of preparation, I respectfully ask for a minimum of two orders per dish.
